Shipping & Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we can assist you. 


The customer has a time slot of 30 calendar days for an item to be returned; from the date you initially received it. 

Your item needs to be in the initial condition as unused as the day initially received. 

To be eligible for any return, you need the receipt or proof of the purchase of that particular item. 


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it an notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your retunr is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card )or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card issuer's policies. 


You will be reponsible for paying for your own shipping costs on any return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refun, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
